We're design/produce/deliver 2 types of RV Shell as ff:
1) Prefabricated-Bonding Type
RV shell is built and assemble by prefabricated bonding type, which is easy / economic / efficient and suitable for mass production .
2) One-Piece Type
RV shell is particularly designed / moulded into one-piece for the which is stronger / quieter / last-longer and suitable for high-end customized requirement .
Mostly shell material is by FRP , its Cutting section looks like Sandwich , generally composed of three layers: inner and outer sheet + intermediate sandwich structure .
Most of the outer sheet is flat, but some of its ,on the left and right side walls, is pressed into corrugated or semicircle shape.
This reinforced shape can increase the strength and stiffness of the shell wall .
The inner sheet is generally flat.
The inner and outer sheet : normally made of aluminum-alloy sheet, FEP sheet, etc.
intermediate structure : The skeleton is mainly aluminum-alloy section, supplemented by plywood , and the filling material is mostly polystyrene (XPS) or polyurethane.
The characteristics of such board are as follows:
